Led by school teacher and scientist Mr Tshering Dendup:

Our aim is to promote positive and lasting action that will enhance and ensure the conservation of Bhutan’s exceptionally rich natural heritage.

 

Our role is to impart fundamental knowledge about the natural environment, and to build practical skills on how to study it, among children at all levels.

​

Our objective is to be the focal point for environmental awareness in the school and engage local communities in practical conservation activities, including studying and promoting solutions to local environmental issues.

​

Our strength is to work with a range of in-country and international partners who have much experience of citizen-science, including technologies to promote learning, such as eBird and iNaturalist.
